Rodneyse Bichotte is the Assembly Member-elect and State Committee Woman / District Leader for New York State’s 42nd Assembly District. She is also the first Haitian-American woman elected in New York City. Rodneyse Bichotte addresses the audience on Shirley Chisholm Day 2014 in Brooklyn College.
